CPD Southern Area Grounds Maintenance

For a period in excess of five years, Clive Richardson Limited carried out part of the Department of Finance NI’s Construction and Procurement Delivery Contract for the provision of grounds construction, landscaping services, design and other specialist services associated with planned preventative maintenance works, small works and minor works.  These works were undertaken at a wide range of Public Sector properties in the southern half of Northern Ireland.  These properties included Courthouses, Departmental Buildings, Local Government Land and Property and Educational and Research Facilities.

Typically the works/duties carried out by CRL in the operational delivery of this contract included:

1. Grassed Area Requirements (including cutting, fertilising, etc)
2. Litter and fallen leaf removal
3. Ditches, drainage channels, ponds and water courses clearance and reinstatement
4. Tree work
5. Hedges maintenance
6. Shrubs and shrub beds planting, landscaping and maintenance
7. Estate Signage cleaning, repair and replacement
8. Maintaining pavements, car parks and roadway within the site boundaries
