Clive Richardson Limited were appointed by Mid Ulster District Council to a measured term contract for a number of grounds maintenance services that are the responsibility of its grounds maintenance department. Generally, the works/duties undertaken by CRL in the operational delivery of this contract include the following:
- Grass cutting
- Hedge cutting services
- Weed control
- General grounds tasks e.g. scuffling/ edging etc.
- Arboricultural works
- Snow clearing gritting
- Grass Sports pitch maintenance
- 3G sports pitch maintenance
- Special turf (bowling/ putting greens) maintenance
- Treatment and eradication of invasive species
Mid Ulster District Council was formed on 1 April 2015 as a result of the amalgamation of the three former District Councils of Cookstown, Dungannon and Magherafelt. This tender covers the entire geographical council area and is divided into four lots based on general geographical location:
- Lot 1 – Work at locations within the Magherafelt legacy council area
- Lot 2 – Work at locations within the Cookstown legacy council area
- Lot 3 – Work at locations within the Dungannon legacy council area
- Lot 4 – Works at locations within the Clogher valley region (part of the Dungannon legacy council area)
CRL were awarded and carry out the services within all of the aforementioned Lot Areas.
